Welcome to Roophilia! Here you will find photographs of kangaroos and wallabies, many of which are unique, plus my observations on their anatomy and behaviour. Most of these photos are courtesy of the 'roos at the kangaroo feeding enclosure at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary in Brisbane, Australia. (This site is in no way affiliated with Lone Pine.) At the risk of sounding prudish, I want to point out that this not just an animal mating site. This site is intended to be my own personal celebration of the kangaroo form; an animal which I love very much. Please do be educated and entertained by my photos on kangaroo reproduction, but see it as part of a larger whole; as an expression of my holistic approach to this beautiful species.
