6/7/2003: Last week, while chatting on TigerMUCK with Tessica and her daughter, we got into some toonish humor and played out one of my favorite Tom & Jerry scenes ;) To hear the original sound clip of this scene, click HERE.
6/8/2003: Sometimes, when you're stuck in traffic, it's fun to just crank your stereo and sing along! Special thanks to C the Eagle for introducing me to "Fall on Me" by R.E.M.!
6/8/2003: One day, I was chatting on FurryMUCK with Korin BlackClaw while she was watching one of the Poltergeist movies. This image sprang to mind =0)
6/9/2003: Taur Strip #4: Jenifur learns a little more about my situation, and gets to thinking...
6/18/2003: This was a special request from an old friend of mine who likes Doberman Pinschers. This is one railroad police officer you don't want to cross ;)
6/24/2003: Taur Strip #5. The plot thickens...
7/5/2003: Another request from a friend. DukeSkunk is looking to attend Gen Con (a popular convention for role-playing gamers), and asked me to draw this as a little "positive affirmation" that he'd be able to go.
7/5/2003: This picture was inspired by my recent observation of a truck-driving arcade game from Sega called King of Route 66. Just like with House of the Dead 2, you have a decent game with poorly-written English dialogue ;) My brother (a truck driver in RL) weighs in.
7/10/2003: This is a Yumar. This is a Yumar on a train without his favorite snack. Any questions? ;)
7/26/2003: This was a quick sketch to capture a rare moment of uninterrupted peace in my real life. I was enjoying a gourmet sundae at the Cold Stone Creamery when I heard Sixpence None the Richer's cover of the song Don't Dream It's Over, an old 1980s favorite. The collective sweetness of the ice cream and the light, airy vocals felt so good.
7/30/2003: Taur strip #6: Attacked from behind?
8/6/2003: I drew this picture as a tribute to Susan "SusanDeer" Parkin for her tireless efforts to help organize Anthrocon and keep it on track over the past few years. It seems only fitting that if a convention were a train, she'd be a con-ductor ;)
