How to smoke if you don't have rolling papers or a pipe
Note that this won't tell you how to make a bong/hookah/waterpipe. While I have no problems with use of Marijuana, other people do and I don't want to anger them for no reason. Anyway, tobacco is far more addictive (I don't know if this is proven or not, but I know enough people who have experienced this and told me, that I'd tend to believe it).
The 'prison pipe'
A friend of mine showed me this one, under this name, saying it was used by
inmates who had smuggled in some dope or tobacco and wanted to smoke it. All you
need is the cardboard tube from a roll of toilet paper, a pen and some aluminium
foil. Shape the foil into a hollow cone shape with a hole in the small end. This
is the bowl of the pipe where the tobacco will be sitting and burning. Make sure
you make the bowl fairly large and round (about the size of a pipe bowl, duh.)
The hole in the end should be about 1-2mm wide. Try and make the bowl pointed.
Get the tube and poke a hole in the side of it about and inch from the end. Sit
the bowl in this hole (try and make it stay, as it makes it a little easier than
trying to balance it). This is your pipe! Load in the tobacco (if you haven't
used a pipe before then ask someone who has to stack the tobacco for you-tobacco
burns differently depending on how it's packed. If you can't get a mentor, just
try a few different ways). To smoke the pipe, cover the end closest to the bowl
with your non-lighter hand, put your mouth into the other end, light the tobacco
and breath in. If you're used to cigarettes, especially tailor-mades, be warned
that it will be a lot harsher than you might be used to.
The can
This was shown to me by another friend. The most common use for this is for
smoking pot, but works equally well (if not better) with tobacco. This one is
very simple-Get a can of drink. Drink it. Crush one side in, so it forms a nice
V shaped dent in the side. Get the ringpull, making sure it has sharp edges and
use it to poke a lot of holes all in a circle about a centimeter in diameter in
the middle of the dent. If you can't get the ringpull going, just use a
pin-although this makes very small holes, so you'll need to poke more. Load your
tobacco into a pile over the holes, put your mouth over the mouth of the can,
light the tobacco and take a draw. This doesn't work as well as the prison pipe,
but it's easier to get the materials (and make, if you're used to it).
I suggest you don't leave these lying around, be responsible (like me...pff) and throw them out. Another thing-don't try to use other materials for rolling papers. I have a friend who sometimes needed his nic-hit so much that he rolled smokes with receipts he had in his wallet. He didn't do this much, cos it tasted so bad.
