How to make a simple stir-fry

This is will take about half an hour to cook and will make you look pretty professional.

First, cut all the vegetables into small chunks (an onion, a capsicum, a carrot and beans are good vegies to use). Cut the meat up seperately (You aren't supposed to cut vegies and meat with the same knife or on the same board according to Workplace Health and Safety). Mix yourself a sauce using large amounts of honey and soy sauce, some hot water, Worcestshire sauce. A little curry powder and chilli powder is good too. Mix all this up in a glass.

Put your wok or frying pan on the heat (have it high) and throw in some oil (I use olive oil). Let it heat up a little then swish it around so the base of the wok/pan is covered
Drop the meat and onions in. Keep the moving constantly so the don't stick. Pour a little more oil over them then turn the heat down (This is so the meat cooks evenly).
When the meat is evenly browned and the onions are translucent, drop in all the other vegetables and pour the sauce over the whole thing. Add a glass of water, turn the heat up and keep it all moving-this lets it 'fry' in the wok/pan without burning.
Keep it on the heat for 3 minutes then turn the heat right down and let it simmer, so that it thickens up (push all the chunks away from the heat, so that the liquid is mostly on the heat)
While that simmers cook your 'bed'-either rice or noodles. Follow the instructions on the packet to cook whatever you use and make sure you drain it. For first timers I suggest two minute noodles, as rice can be difficult at times (My mum, who's over 40 and can cook nearly anything, even white sauce, has problems with rice for some reason.)
As soon as the 'bed' is cooked, put it on the plates, ladle the sauce over it (make sure you get the liquid over it all). Serve immediately!
