Torch is Dragon Lord Emeritus, passing the leadership to his daughter Ember. In exchange for his help against Queen Chrysalis, he is given the opportunity to buy full control of a bank from Fiduciary Trustee, thereby giving him the means to increase his wealth. Torch also played a major role in the battle against Grogar.
